Web Design Project: Simple Screenshot

For Simple Screenshot, a productivity app available on the Mac App Store, I designed and developed a completely new website using Squarespace. The goal was to create a modern, minimalist, and conversion-focused landing page that reflects the app’s clean macOS design while making it easy for users to understand the product and download it directly from the App Store.

Goal The main objective was to present Simple Screenshot as a trustworthy and easy-to-use app through a visually simple yet professional website. The design needed to be fast, responsive, and consistent with the app’s interface — ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices.

Process & Tools I started by mapping out the content structure and visual flow to keep the focus on clarity and usability. Using Squarespace, I customized the layout with modern typography, macOS-inspired colors, and subtle animations to maintain a native Apple aesthetic. I also optimized the page for SEO, speed, and mobile performance, ensuring that visitors can find the app easily and enjoy a smooth browsing experience.

Results The final result is a clean, responsive website that effectively communicates the app’s features, builds trust with visitors, and provides a seamless path to the Mac App Store. The website now serves as a strong digital foundation for the product’s online presence.
