Develop application and service to integrate rostering information with routing application used by telephone system. The system would download information from Qgenda and Tangier, and using information from an MSSQL database would then insert records into the database used by a routing application installed with the phone system that managed a number of hospital sites.
This system reduced a large amount of data entry on the part of the users as the application would automatically handle changes in the rostering system.
