Project Overview:
I was tasked with creating a high-impact social media marketing ad video for Hibar's new moisturizer product. The project spanned several stages, each meticulously planned and executed to deliver a compelling final product that aligns with Hibar’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Planning Stage
🔵 1. Client Consultation and Concept Development:
The project began with an in-depth consultation with the client to understand their brand, target audience, and specific objectives for the ad. During this phase, we also reviewed several YouTube video links provided by the client, which served as style guides for the expected video aesthetic.
🔵 2. Storyboard and Script Creation:
Following the initial consultation, I developed a detailed storyboard that outlined the visual narrative and key scenes. Collaborating closely with the client, we crafted a compelling script designed to effectively communicate the unique benefits of Hibar's moisturizer. This stage ensured that both the visual and verbal elements were well-coordinated.

I gathered and organized all necessary assets, including high-resolution images, product videos, logos, and brand guidelines. Ensuring these elements aligned with Hibar’s brand identity was crucial to maintaining a consistent and professional look throughout the video.

VIDEO EDITING STAGE (POST-PRODUCTION)
🔵 4. Rough Cut Editing:
Using non-linear editing techniques, I created a rough cut of the video. This initial edit involved aligning the footage with the storyboard and script to ensure a seamless narrative flow. During this stage, I also incorporated preliminary transitions and effects to set the tone of the final video.
🔵 Client Review and Feedback Integration:
The rough cut was presented to the client for feedback. This collaborative stage involved multiple rounds of revisions, ensuring that the client’s vision and expectations were fully met. Constructive feedback was meticulously integrated, refining both the visual and narrative elements of the video.
🔵 Final Cut and Technical Specifications:
After finalizing the content based on client feedback, I created the final cut of the video. This involved fine-tuning the pacing, enhancing visual effects, and ensuring that all transitions were smooth. I also performed color grading and audio mixing to enhance the overall quality and impact of the video.
🔵Quality Assurance and Delivery:
The final video was rigorously reviewed to ensure it met all technical specifications and quality standards for social media platforms, particularly YouTube. This included ensuring the video was optimized for different devices and screen resolutions. The final product was then delivered to the client in the required formats, ready for distribution.
🔵 Sound Design and Mixing: Edited and mixed audio elements, including dialogue, sound effects, and background music, to achieve a balanced and immersive audio experience. Enhanced voice-over quality for optimal clarity and impact.
🔵 Final Cut and Client Review: Finalized the video, incorporating client feedback to refine the cut. Ensured the video met all technical specifications and quality standards for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
🔵 Exported the final video in the required format and resolution for YouTube and TikTok. Delivered the completed project to the client.
