Just finished another major phase of a custom Logistics Management System.
The goal was simple: bring CRM, quotations, jobs, shipments, cargo, tracking, documents and finance into one connected workflow instead of managing everything across separate tools.
One part I enjoyed most was designing the flow from enquiry → quotation → job → shipment → invoice, while keeping the system simple for daily operations.
Built with Laravel, MySQL and Tailwind CSS.
I’m curious, for logistics teams using existing software today, what’s the biggest workflow problem you still end up handling manually?
