Project Title: Indus University Chat Bot App

Objective: To create a conversational chat bot app for Indus University that will assist students and staff with common queries and provide quick access to information.

Scope of Work:

Develop a chat interface with natural language processing capabilities

Integrate the chat bot with Indus University's database to retrieve information on courses, events, and facilities

Allow users to report issues, such as technical problems or maintenance requests, through the chat bot

Provide personalized recommendations and support based on the user's history and preferences

Test and optimize the chat bot for user experience and efficiency.
