IIRSM was the main client, I was handling social media for. This was across LinkedIn, Twitter and email subscription. I created informative and catchy written and visual content, product promotions for webinars and events and also handled some email copywriting for subscriptions and monthly newsletters. The goal is to make sure the tone of voice used to promote products and services is to be informative, chatty and to the point, making sure to mention the 'who for, what for? why? how? and when?'.
