In simple words, it is the feeling of not flowing or moving ahead. Technically speaking, it is defined as the occurrence of a series of events that leads to a feeling that is close to depression. As a result, feelings like self-doubt and low self-esteem grow within a body, knowing no limits. We've all had our bumpy journeys at some point or multiple points. Nevertheless, it is more important to find solutions than to question one's own competency. To rejuvenate oneself with inspiration, desire, confidence, courage, willingness, and resilience are considered to be measures to reduce the effect. I'm well aware that it's easier to say than do, but it is possible by practising over a period of time, little by little. Hope followed by actions in the same directions would help one in long term.
