Budget Management and Reporting

Katie worked with a key stakeholder to manage financial health of 6 different projects. She sent reports twice a week summarizing financial statistics of the project (hours/costs/budget). She also provided detailed budget-to actual reports on weekly basis for 4 of those projects.
