User Guide for Case Management Software

There were many contracts/project within this case study.

The work revolved around case management software used by local councils in the UK to manage their Service User support.

Typically I worked with Social workers, creating the training materials and delivering the training sessions. Post-training I would also provide support. Many projects involved testing and configuration of the applications. Requirements gathering for any system update requests, testing the the options, discussing with the stakeholders and delivering the change.
