Pye's Landing was one of a group of family-run businesses in Northern Ontario. What the management lacked in web design and management skills was more than made up for with a keen business sense and the knowledge that they needed a modern online presence to keep current clients coming back, and, attract new ones.

The old Pye's Landing website looked as though it may be have been built in an Office '97 environment. Dark colours, zero branding, no personality, and old grainy photos that showed their age.

In 2018, the owners enlisted Jenna as a marketing coordinator, the first order of business: updating the websites.

With a goal for the new site to easily be managed in-house, in an intuitive web builder, and to attract new clients and rank in search engines, Jenna set to work. User-friendly and cost efficient, Jenna selected Squarespace as the platform to build the new Pye's Landing site, creating a modern brand full of stunning visuals of Pye's most attractive feature: Lake of the Woods.

The new site cut down on monthly management and hosting fees, brought the Pye's Landing online presence into the 21st century and appealed to both repeat and new customers. We also integrated an online booking system (since replaced by business owners), an online inquiry form, and a brand new, completely custom map of the grounds designed in Adobe Illustrator by Jenna.
