The client was using a custom-built CRM developed with ColdFusion to manage manufacturers, products, customers, and internal reporting. Over time, the system developed performance issues, incorrect queries, UI bugs, and unreliable data outputs across multiple dashboards and reports.
I was brought in to optimize and stabilize the CRM. My work included reviewing and fixing faulty database queries, resolving UI and logic bugs, and optimizing ColdFusion scripts to improve performance and reliability. I also ensured that data visualizations and menu-driven dashboards correctly reflected selected parameters and delivered accurate results.
After the fixes and optimizations, the CRM operated reliably with improved performance, accurate reporting, and a smoother user experience. The system was stabilized and ready for continued daily use by the business.
