ElectroLibrary... or as Antena 1 would say, the "dragon generation." A complex internal management system for school libraries, developed in partnership with an institution close to us.

The application is designed to help everyone: students, teachers, homeroom teachers, principals, and even support staff.

It's simple — we've devised an intelligent workflow that allows anyone in the institution to see in real-time which books are available in the school library, reserve them, and manage them from the user portal.

Administrator accounts have comprehensive access, enabling them to modify every detail related to internal management:

Adding or removing users;

Managing books;

Modifying the staff;

Disposal sessions;

Managing textbooks;

Daily student register via QR code;

And the list goes on...

Books can be added or modified at two administrative levels: staff member or administrator. The library in question had over 20,000 volumes. It was impossible for one person to add them all, so hundreds of volunteers from the institution stepped in, with restricted access.
