System executing long running tasks for Genome processing. Work on-prem servers and multiple cloud providers. Back-end installed in each place. All back-ends communicate via Apache Kafka and keep local state in PostggreSQL. On cloud platforms everything deployed on Kubernetes.
Everything written in Kotlin/Java using SpringBoot.
