The area under application is part of a real estate project consisting of several properties. The complex will include 127 private villas, shops, functional spaces, a business centre and a yacht club.
Located in one of Dubai's most exclusive areas, less than 5 km from the city centre, in a peaceful setting where one can find tranquillity in the shadow of the landmarks of one of the world's most attractive cities.
The luxury home must be able to accommodate a family of six and provide full accessibility for a severely disabled family member.
