Cross-Platform Diagnostic Tool Development

I built a cross-platform diagnostic tool in Go with a clean, lightweight UI for customer support and technical inventory. It collects hardware, OS, and network data (e.g., CPU, RAM, disks & SMART, interfaces/IP/DNS, processes/services), runs quick health checks, and highlights common issues (low disk capacity, abnormal resource usage, DNS/packet-loss problems). Reports can be exported to JSON/CSV for ticket attachments and standardized troubleshooting. Platforms: macOS, Linux, Windows, ChromeOS. Role: architecture, Go development, UX, packaging, documentation.
