Task.it is the AI copilot for personal task management. It is built on GTD philosophy to automatically schedule and delegate tasks. It integrates with user's calendar. In this system tasks and events are equivalent. A task has parameters like importance and urgency, and it is scheduled right into user's calendar, which also auto re-schedules when "life happens". I was the very first engineer of task.it and I helped build core features from scratch. First it was very important to understand how a unique tool like this can fit into market and more importantly into my life. I created prototypes to use it ourselves and test its reliability. I then, quickly added essential features with my expertise in backend development. I was also responsible for designing cloud architecture to make sure it can scale to millions of users reliably.

Implemented the core algorithm for task.it, a tool for task management that utilizes user calendar accounts to prioritize and schedule tasks based on importance, urgency, availability, and personal preference.

Designed and created REST APIs for handling authentication and authorization in the application's front end.

Developed an algorithm for Timelab Rescuetime that tracks and categorizes user activity across multiple devices, providing insight into time management and productivity.

Established automated pipelines for code formatting, testing, building, and deployment on the cloud.

Utilized Stripe to support payment infrastructure, allowing for secure and efficient handling of financial transactions within the application.

A fresh, new and unique productivity app in the market.

Startup went from 0 to 1 and got its first users.
