HoReCa Chatbot — voice and AI agents at CIVIR

Conversational chatbot for cooks, head chefs and waiting staff in hotels and restaurants. Users can speak to the assistant to retrieve information about recipes and menus. AI agent workflows also support creating and editing recipes and menus.

My contribution at CIVIR included Python/FastAPI backend development, LangChain agent workflows, retrieval integrations and voice processing, with React web integration. The voice pipeline buffers 100 ms audio packets, uses voice activity detection and sends the completed utterance to OpenAI transcription after two seconds of silence.
