Background:

The project belongs to an investment management firm. the main requirement of the system was to manage the investments of the investors and also provide a platform to investors where they can track the performance of their investments and also have access to new opportunities.

Challenges.

-- Designing a web application that can manage investment opportunities, investment entities, and investments.

-- Providing a digital platform to investors for tracking their investments and their worth

-- Instead of managing the investor's and investment's data on an Excel sheet, a digital system that can automate the data flow and also keep the record of working and financials.

--Providing visual analytics to both investors and the company for a better understanding of the progress.

-- Digitalizing the business. Our goal was to design a web application to help my client further develop their business, increase the distribution and visibility of advertisements, and attract more leads.

I designed and developed a complete web application for the client that can manage the investment opportunities and once any investor shows interest in the opportunity, the company will be able to create an investment entity on the basis of that specific investment opportunity. Once the investor completes the investment application, he will be added to that investment entity automatically after completing the payment formalities. Now, he can track his investment performance such as investment return, net asset value, and contributions and commitment. He will also have access to the data room of that investment which has all the relevant details of that investment and required documents. All of the data will be uploaded by the admin. The investor can track his investment transactions all returns and net asset values of the investor will be calculated automatically. One investor can have more than one investment profile and he can even invest in one entity from more than one investment profile.

-- Customized the function of choosing different investment profiles to help investors invest in the same entity from different profiles and increase their profits.

-- Digitalize the whole data flow which will help the company to keep track of every single activity very easily.
