We took over the Xero accounts of two churches which were part of a merged benefice. We supported the local treasurer by providing regular financial reports. We were able to help the finance committee to improve their financial procedures and identify some aspects of income and expenditure which needed to be reviewed. As a result we increased their income from Gift Aid, and identified some loss making activities. We helped them produce budgets for the individual churches and the united benefice.
