After messing up my notion workspace details, waiting for access, diving right in, getting feedback, and then waiting for approval we are finally here at my first Contra contest submission ever!
I have wanted to do other Contra challenges before but I am still working on upskilling in some of the different tools I have been introduced to since joining this platform. Also still working through how I would want incorporate AI into how I work along with ethics I hold important. So the Notion Custom Agent challenge was a great opportunity to explore all of this (and learn another new tool). As many have expressed AI is a tool that doesn't, and shouldn't, replace the human in decisions and creativity. It can be quite the aide when used appropriately.
Well anyway (lol), my first submission is a Candidate Sourcing Priority Tracker. The goal was to create tool to help teams see which job requisitions get sourcing support priority based on application data and other factors. Updates over time. Based on my experiences of having only so many outreach credits and balancing the demands of different requisitions with different needs and candidate profiles.
