During my tenure, I shouldered a range of pivotal responsibilities aimed at ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. These encompassed the resolution of password-related issues, adept handling of software repair, installation, and uninstallation tasks, troubleshooting Windows and network issues, and addressing concerns related to Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
