I had the honor of serving at Infosys from August 2022 to January 9, 2024, with Cummins as our distinguished client. During my tenure, I shouldered a range of pivotal responsibilities aimed at ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. These encompassed the resolution of password-related issues, adept handling of software repair, installation, and uninstallation tasks, troubleshooting Windows and network issues, and addressing concerns related to Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
My role further extended to the setup of Multi-factor Authentication, management of elevated access permissions, and proficient navigation of the Office 365 suite. Additionally, I demonstrated expertise in VPN repair, application configuration, and printer driver installations, and adeptly dealt with challenges related to Bitlocker recovery keys and TPM errors.
I also managed the mapping and syncing of network drives, contributing to a cohesive and efficient data flow across the organization. Throughout this period, my commitment to delivering prompt and effective technical support aligned seamlessly with Infosys's and Cummins's shared objectives.
