Wild Kids Play is a children’s foam toy that ignites the imagination. From foam couches and shapes to gymnastics tumbling mats and bars, Wild Kids has something fun for children of all ages.

TrueVyne had an ongoing client in need of a robust email marketing strategy. They needed to bring an email marketer onto the project to create a thorough strategy, design emails, and manage the HubSpot email marketing hub for their client, as well as provide monthly reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize the strategy.

At the time I was brought on to the project, there was no email marketing in place. They were relying solely on lead generation from their Facebook group, Instagram, and social ads to bring in leads, but were not continuing the conversation with educational or promotional email marketing - but wanted to.

In addition, Wild Kids Play did not have any email marketing automation set up to nurture or convert potential customers or to continue to engage its existing customers to become repeat customers.

I support the client's marketing team as the email marketing manager. I created a roadmap for their email marketing, as well as created and executed a lead nurture email series to convert people who abandon their cart into first-time customers.

When the client decided they wanted to introduce SMS marketing into their strategy, I spearheaded the effort to centralize signups, thank anyone who subscribes, and incorporate SMS into our larger marketing strategy.

Every month, I present the email marketing metrics and insights for the month. As a team, we discuss the direction for the upcoming month's strategy.
