SBRE Connect is a multi-sided marketplace that helps homeowners find trusted service professionals, gives vendor companies a place to win and manage inbound demand, and gives SBRE staff the tools to verify businesses, shape the service catalog, and run day-to-day operations.

Robust Architecture & Data-Layer Security
The platform is built as a single Next.js application at the root, moving away from legacy multi-stack codebases. Security is enforced directly at the data layer using Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), with session-aware services validating permissions before every read and write. Schema management is fully owned by version-controlled migrations.
Unified Multi-Role Ecosystem
The platform serves three distinct user audiences seamlessly from a single codebase, complete with dedicated dashboards for homeowners, vendors, and SBRE administrators.

Homeowners can discover verified local providers via Mapbox-powered geographic filtering, while vendor companies manage inbound leads through a dedicated structural inbox. SBRE staff oversee compliance with comprehensive document verification and taxonomy controls.
