Project Management for Software Development Team

We work for a client in the development of an app for health services management. I coordinated a team of 5 developers, working both in frontend and backend, with Vue, Python, and Django technologies.

We worked very closely with our clients to fit their expectations, reducing their response times by 30%.

Also, I designed and developed a complete user manual for 6 different user roles, specifying permissions, actions, and capabilities for each one.
