As a project manager, I developed a full business concept and strategic foundation for a handmade wax sachet brand. My responsibilities included shaping the brand’s mission and core values, analyzing the target audience, defining market positioning, and building a pitch-ready presentation to support future launch and investor communication. The goal was to create a unique, sensory-driven brand experience with emotional value, clarity, and a sustainable touch.
