My Client encountered database corruption due to a storage system failure at the operating system level.

To diagnose and resolve the corruption, I isolated the affected table and index, validated the recovery approach on a cloned system, safely removed and recreated the corrupted table, and performed broad integrity checks across the remaining database using page-level, table-level, and full-scan validation methods.
