RMS is used to evaluate the final year project student and make FYP assessments easy for both teachers and students.

Review Management System (RMS) (Version 3.0) is the extension of the existing RMS (Version2.0). In version 3.0, we have to evaluate the project management technique in which student can meet the deadline of their ongoing and upcoming task of FYP project. As matter of fact, we can also find the trend of technologies which students can used for FYP.

1. Provided Facility for Committee Head to set time & venue of projects for viva by itself.

2. Sending Emails automatically based on the FYP Calendar to keep supervisors informed about upcoming deadlines.

3. Automatic/Manual deletion of RMS log files.

4. For Proposal Evaluation Committee, provide semantic similarity of submitted proposals.

5. For Coordinator, Added Statistical View of Projects and Students.

6. Automatic as well as manual addition/removal of failed/not-appearing students from the FYP result.

7. CRUD operation for Faculty Record.

8. For Coordinator, the process of Committee creation setup is updated.

9. Updated the interface of Proposal submission form, Revision form, Proposal Evaluation form, Internal 7th & 8th Evaluation form.  

10. Added student wise module fields in proposals.

11. For supervisors, added supervision limit according to project wise.

12. Coordinator can send FYP consent to senior students and also select the supervisor who have supervision limit.
