A mobile peer-to-peer lending app that helps people start, record, and manage loans between friends, family, and small lenders — with clear repayment tracking along the way.

01 — Overview
sKratch is a personal / peer-to-peer lending app — it helps people start, record, and manage loans and track repayment. The product covers start a new loan, record a loan, lender info, loan summary, and payments across guided application flows.
This project delivers both the mobile product screens — loans home, the multi-step new loan flow, loan detail with payments, and profile — and a shared design library reverse-built from the Skratch UI Library in Figma.
02 — The Problem
Lending between people is often informal and awkward — amounts, terms, and repayment status live in texts, spreadsheets, or memory. Users need a calm, approachable tool that makes money explicit without jargon or hype.
The experience had to guide users through currency-heavy, multi-step flows (loan amount, purpose, interest, payback plan) while keeping status clear at every step — who owes what, what's due, and what action comes next.
03 — The Solutions
A mobile-first app with a loans home, a guided new-loan flow (amount → purpose → terms → review), and loan detail with payments. Clear status, pill navigation, and indigo + green-check selection keep financial tasks approachable.
04 — Design Library
At the center of the work is an interactive living design system — reverse-built from the Skratch UI Library in Figma. It defines color, type, spacing, and every core component, with clickable specimens and an embedded Figma prototype to walk through the app.
