Behind the scenes of a Kajabi migration that turned overwhelm into organized, branded simplicity.

In the 2 minutes I saw [the Academy set-up] looked fabulous!~ Jason Martinkus, founder of Redemptive Living
When Jason of Redemptive Living reached out, he had a clear vision — one that centered on clarity, connection, and ease for the people his organization so compassionately serves.
Redemptive Living supports men, women, and couples navigating the painful journey of sexual betrayal recovery through a wide range of resources — from coaching and workshops to masterclasses and a powerful membership academy.
But behind the scenes, things were feeling a little… scattered.
Their tools and content were spread across multiple platforms — Ontraport, Teachable, Squarespace — creating a fragmented experience for both the team and their community. Jason knew it was time to streamline. What he really wanted was a single, intuitive space where clients could log in and easily access everything they were enrolled in — whilst also discovering what else was available to them.

Kajabi was the perfect platform to meet their current needs and support their future goals.

So we got to work.

The Project: Migrate + Freshen

We began by laying the groundwork inside their new Kajabi account — configuring account settings, setting up a custom domain and branded email, and making sure every detail aligned with their brand for both Redemptive Living and Worthy of Her Trust Academy.
Then, we moved into the heart of the project: migrating the Worthy of Her Trust Academy membership from Ontraport to Kajabi.
This included:
A refreshed sales page with updated copy that speaks to the mission and message of the Academy.
A full reorganization of the membership content, moving over only the active and relevant pieces to keep things intentional and user-friendly.
A custom build using the Sunset Pro Theme from Penny in Your Pocket — a clean, beautifully customizable template that’s ideal for memberships. This theme gave us:
A personalized welcome page
Intuitive left-hand side menus
Visual category cards
Flexible display options for course progress, category descriptions, and more
To further support their community experience, we enabled Kajabi’s live video call feature directly within the membership. This allows members to easily join Redemptive Living’s twice-weekly Office Hours — with automated reminders and archived recordings included, all in one place.
We also:
Created a welcome email to warmly onboard new members into the Academy
Designed a course homepage that feels calm, organized, and aligned with the heart of their mission
Customized the Library page to display everything members are enrolled in at a glance

The Result: A Seamless, Supportive Space

Now, when clients log into the Worthy of Her Trust Academy, they’re not met with confusion or overwhelm. Instead, they’re welcomed into a clean, intuitive environment where support, resources, and connection are just a click away.
This wasn’t just a tech project — it was a transformation in how the Redemptive Living team delivers their life-changing work.

What Jason Had To Say

And hearing Jason’s words at the end of the project meant the world:
“Natashia went above and beyond to make sure our project turned out exactly as we needed. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and her ability to pair creative work with the technical work makes her especially effective. I highly recommend her!”
