My role included redesigning and fixing the "Goals" feature to help users set and track their savings effectively. I also redesigned the home screen and user interface, created a cohesive design system, and applied it across the platform to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience.

Blossom is a savings investment app targeting a 5% p.a. return, bringing fixed income opportunities to everyone.

Resolved a major issue impacting 30% of users. Following these UX improvements, the platform's user base grew significantly, increasing from over 5,000 to more than 12,000 users.

The "goals" feature suffered from severe usability issues due to a poorly designed interface, unstructured user flow, and the absence of essential actions like manual funding of goals. These deficiencies made the feature nearly unusable, causing confusion among users and directly impacting 30% of the user base.

I introduced a step-by-step goal creation process and designed a visual dashboard for tracking progress. Key enhancements included enabling fund transfers to and between goals and simplifying the interface by removing unnecessary elements. Additionally, new features like setting deadlines and funding goals by rounding up expenses were implemented, creating a more intuitive and functional experience.

Redesigning the "Goals" feature required updating certain UI elements to enhance their usability and appearance. However, these updates were inconsistent with the rest of the app's design system, necessitating a complete UI overhaul to maintain coherence across the platform.

I updated the UI across the entire platform to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual design, aligning all elements with the updated "Goals" feature.
