Responsible for all aspects related to online sales, from strategy to execution, with the goal of increasing sales, improving the customer experience, and growing the business in the digital environment.
• Develop and execute online commerce strategies: develop strategic plans to increase online sales, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear objectives. Maintain a direct relationship with freelance programmers to implement improvements and achieve established goals.
• Supervise the brand's website: ensure that it is up-to-date, easy to use, and visually appealing on all devices (web/mobile).
• Optimize the user experience: work to improve website navigation, design, and usability, with the goal of providing customers with a satisfactory and appealing shopping experience.
• Create and update content: collaborate with the content team to create and update website content, including product descriptions, important brand news, product updates, silhouettes, etc.
• Mass upload of content: Use Excel to perform a mass upload of basic product information per season.
• Analyze and improve website performance: evaluate website traffic and performance to identify areas for improvement. Work to enhance the user experience and increase conversions. Analyze the competition and propose improvements twice a month.
• Digital marketing management: collaborate with the content team to develop effective online campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Manage the brand's social media (TikTok): schedule and publish content on the TikTok platform, propose ideas, and stay up-to-date with social media trends.
• Customer relationship management: ensure that customers receive adequate customer service, resolve issues, and effectively address inquiries and complaints.
