I've designed and build an app that enabled the delivery of over 5000 packages a day.
Main components:
Driver's React Native app: The app was written in React Native with Typescript, Zustand and CSS Components. It integrated with AWS cognito for authentication, and a few CRUD APIs. It also had a map (both Google Maps and Mapbox, depending on the driver's choice) to see their assigned job's optimal route.
Internal admin tool: NextJS application to CRUD drivers and their jobs. It also allowed to assign jobs and optimise routes.
Combination of Lambda functions (Typescript w/ sam-cli) and microservices in NestJS (K8S). The services connected asynchronously via SNS-SQS pub-sub model
