A full-stack SaaS platform built for construction project managers to handle change orders, pay applications, and contract documentation.

Construction PMs juggle change orders, pay apps, and contract docs across spreadsheets and email chains. This platform consolidates all of that into a single web app with role-based access, real-time status tracking, and automated document generation.

Backend: Django REST API with JWT authentication, PostgreSQL database, and a full test suite (34 passing tests)

Frontend: React SPA with responsive UI for field and office use

Notifications: Twilio SMS integration for real-time alerts on change order approvals and pay app submissions

Document Export: PDF generation for pay applications and contract documents

Deployment: Railway (backend) and Netlify (frontend)

Shipped as a sellable product and listed on Acquire.com targeting the $25K acquisition range. Built end-to-end as a solo developer, from database schema through deployment and go-to-market.
