Project: Course Platform Migration + Marketing Automation Build (Kajabi + GoHighLevel + Stripe) Overview Built the complete backend and course infrastructure for an online sales-training academy — migrating hand-designed static HTML lesson pages into a live, interactive Kajabi course platform, and architecting the full marketing and sales automation layer in GoHighLevel, wired end-to-end with Stripe for payments and Kajabi for course delivery.

The Challenge The client had fully designed static HTML pages for every course module — custom-branded, with progress bars, interactive checklists, and section navigation — but no path to get them live inside Kajabi. Kajabi's editor strips embedded styles and scripts on paste, so a direct copy-paste would've broken every page's design and interactivity. On top of that, the business needed lead capture, checkout, and affiliate tracking running through GoHighLevel, all needing to stay in sync with Kajabi and Stripe — with no native integration between any of the three.

What I Built

Kajabi module conversion pipeline — a repeatable process to take each static HTML design, scope its CSS under a unique wrapper (so it can't collide with Kajabi's theme or other lessons), safely re-bind its interactive scripts, and push it live via the Kajabi API with every animation, checklist, and progress indicator intact. Used to migrate two full courses — one with 15+ modules plus supporting content, the other with 40+ lessons across 8 volumes.

GoHighLevel workflow architecture — nurture and email automations, lead routing, and affiliate program logic, built from scratch inside GHL.

GHL checkout wired to Stripe + Kajabi — checkout built in GoHighLevel (not Kajabi's native checkout), connected to Stripe for payments, with custom webhooks so a successful purchase automatically grants the right course access in Kajabi — no manual enrollment step.

Custom webhook integration layer — connecting GHL, Stripe, and Kajabi so purchase, refund, and affiliate events flow correctly across all three systems.
