Dog Grooming Booking Management System for Mobile Services

Just finished building Paw & Polish, a booking management system for a mobile dog grooming service in Austin, Texas!

The goal was simple: turn a customer’s grooming inquiry into a structured booking and confirmed appointment while reducing the manual work for the groomer. The system connects the complete workflow in one place:

1. Customer enters their dog’s details

2. Selects their dog’s size, coat type, and grooming service

3. Adds their location and preferred appointment time

4. Reviews the booking details and confirms the appointment

5. The groomer receives the customer details, dog information, service, location, and appointment time in one place

The booking experience is designed to make the process simple for customers while helping the business manage appointments more efficiently.

I focused on making the experience simple, friendly, and practical rather than just creating another generic booking interface.

This project helped me think more about the actual business problem, user journey, and how a well-designed booking experience can reduce repetitive work for a small service business.
