Quip Modest Productions - Narrative Transmedia Web Series

Since 2015, I have produced seven different narrative web series. Many of these featured transmedia elements, simulating vlogs and allowing the characters to interact with fans through social media, and most were adaptations of classic novels and plays, including Twelfth Night, Emma, and David Copperfield.

I wrote, directed, and edited these shows entirely myself (with the exceptions being The Uncanny Upshurs and Earnest 101), making sure to organize and schedule actors as well as promote on social media, specifically on Twitter and Tumblr, as those websites are home to the sorts of fan communities I was hoping to garner. Combined, these series have over 200k views total on YouTube, and have been positively reviewed by press outlets and critically examined in academic publications.
