Every sales leader has the same problem, their best seller closes far more than everyone else and there is no way to clone them, and most AI sales coaches fail because real customer data is messy. We built SizzleKick's AI inside Salesforce with a field-mapping system that unlocks any custom setup. The product is AppExchange-certified, and companies once too complex to onboard are now paying customers.
Every sales leader hits the same wall: their best seller closes far more than everyone else, and there is no way to clone them. SizzleKick set out to change that with an AI coach, Sizzi, that learns from a team's top performers and coaches the rest, inside Salesforce, drawing on real pipeline data. The hard part was making it genuinely useful, working with messy customer data, custom Salesforce fields and real-time sync across systems.

Goodspeed’s ability to think about how to do things in a better and more intelligent way is impressive. They have a new approach to development and design.

Making AI sound helpful is easy. Making it actually move a deal takes real engineering. We built Sizzi to remember context, so when a rep asks about a deal it pulls their actual pipeline data and coaches based on what is working for the top performers, all inside Salesforce. The first enterprise customer proved the point: they tracked revenue in custom fields, and the AI had nowhere to look. So we built a mapping system that lets any company point Sizzi at where their data actually lives, and that one piece unlocked every enterprise deal that followed. From there we packaged SizzleKick for the Salesforce AppExchange, built subscription billing through Stripe, and added the feature they call their secret weapon: a Test Drive that lets a prospect try Sizzi on their own Salesforce data before buying. It became their number one way to convert.
SizzleKick is live and coaching sales teams. Reps get insights drawn from their best performers without leaving their CRM, and companies that were once too complex to onboard are now paying customers. The platform scales the instincts of one great seller across an entire org, which is exactly the growth SizzleKick set out to unlock.
