This project was for a forward-thinking real estate company dedicated to empowering users to make informed property investment decisions. The company provides a comprehensive platform that guides users through every step of the real estate journey, from buying and fixing properties to flipping them for profit. With a strong emphasis on education and user support, this company simplifies the complexities of real estate, making it accessible and profitable for all.

Users struggle with fragmented communication across platforms, making it hard to track property-related messages and preventing them from fully utilizing the company’s app.

I led the end-to-end design of the messaging feature for both mobile and web platforms at the company. My responsibilities included gathering and documenting requirements, designing the entire user interface, and creating detailed developer tickets. I also oversaw the development process, conducted thorough testing, identified and resolved bugs, and ensured the final product aligned perfectly with the original Figma designs.

The final product integrated seamlessly with users' Gmail accounts. It enabled users to tag properties and easily manage their deals by filtering messages by property, recipient, or subject. The feature also included a search function, allowing users to search by keywords. Additionally, when an email referenced a property, all relevant financial details were instantly visible, allowing users to make quick updates. The recipient received a summary with all the financials, making the communication process much more efficient.
