Infused Influence is a community-driven media and entertainment platform developed by Major Bloom to centralize Worcester-focused cannabis culture, entrepreneurship, and independent media through integrated community, partner, and studio management experiences.

Infused Influence, published by Major Bloom, is designed as a centralized digital ecosystem to support Worcester’s creative and entrepreneurial voices. The platform serves as a hub for cannabis culture, media production, and community engagement. By unifying public-facing content with specialized partner collaboration tools and an internal studio management suite, the platform streamlines the lifecycle of media production—from booking and creation to publishing and community discussion.
Platform Architecture
The platform is architected as three distinct, interconnected environments sharing a centralized content management system, while maintaining unique permissions and interface requirements:
Community: The public-facing destination for discovering media, engaging in discussions, attending events, and accessing premium content.
Partner: A collaborative environment for approved creators to manage their media, professional profiles, and studio participation.
Internal Studio: A private operational environment for Major Bloom staff to oversee production workflows, content publishing, and business operations.
Core Deliverables and Features
The project delivers a robust framework for managing diverse media types and operational needs, including:
Unified Media Library: A centralized system for articles, podcasts, videos, and playlists with role-based visibility controls (public, member-only, partner-only, and internal).
Livestream Hub: Integration with Twitch and YouTube to serve as a primary viewing destination, providing native chat experiences and access to archived recordings.
Studio Management: Integration with Wix Bookings for managing studio session requests, production calendars, and session-related deliverables.
Administrative Tools: A comprehensive dashboard for user management, account roles, and content moderation, supported by internal AI-assisted workflows for drafting editorial content and metadata.
Connected Ecosystem
To support production and community growth, the platform integrates with several external and platform services:
Wix: Powers ecommerce, merchandise sales, event registration, and membership purchasing.
Media Production: Utilizes Descript and OpusClip for professional editing, transcription, and AI-powered short-form video repurposing.
Streaming: Connects to Twitch and YouTube to maintain Major Bloom’s presence across social video platforms while bringing the engagement back to the Infused Influence destination.
