Kane Kallaway (creator with 1M+ followers) was building Sandcastles, an AI-powered tool that helps creators research viral short-form content and generate scripts. He needed a landing page that could convert cold traffic into waitlist signups, then evolve into a full marketing site as the product launched.
My Approach
I designed and built the landing page in Framer, working directly with Kane to nail the positioning and visual identity.
Conversion-focused structure. The page follows a clear flow: hero with social proof (100k+ users), product walkthrough with feature cards, a step-by-step "how it works" section, testimonial carousel, tiered pricing, and an FAQ accordion. Every section is designed to move visitors toward the CTA.
Waitlist landing page. Before launch, I built a separate waitlist page with subtle text animations and native Framer forms that synced subscribers directly to a Google Sheet, giving Kane a lightweight pipeline without any external tooling.
Custom components. Interactive feature carousel, animated pricing toggle (monthly/yearly with savings callout), and a tabbed FAQ section, all built as reusable Framer components.
Visual identity. Dark theme with warm accent colors, bold typography, and product screenshots that let the UI speak for itself.

The Result
The site launched alongside the product and has supported Sandcastles' growth to 100k+ users. The Framer CMS setup lets Kane's team update testimonials, pricing, and feature content without touching code.
