Regal Homes & Realty Website Redesign

I independently rebuilt the official website for Regal Homes & Regal Realty — two connected businesses (a home builder and a real estate company) — and combined them into a single, easy-to-navigate site using GoDaddy’s drag-and-drop website builder.

The site features a clean homepage, large photo galleries, downloadable documents, and clearly separated sections for each business. I organized the content, created visual flow, and ensured the messaging was easy to follow for both homebuyers and sellers.

While many websites built in GoDaddy’s platform remain basic, this one stands out with a custom layout, SEO optimization, and extensive multimedia integration — including contact forms, neighborhood guides, and professional photography placement.

I also implemented SEO best practices using GoDaddy’s tools, Google Analytics, and Search Console. At launch, the site scored near the top percentile of GoDaddy SEO metrics and was praised by their support team for its structure and completeness.

This project shows my ability to manage complex business needs, merge two brand voices into one platform, and create a functional, high-quality site — all without any formal development training.
