Problem
The business was generating leads through online forms, but lead data was handled manually. This caused delays in follow-ups, inconsistent CRM data and a lack of visibility over the sales process.
Solution
I designed and implemented a Zapier-powered automation workflow to capture leads from forms, sync them with a CRM and trigger automated email follow-ups based on lead status.
