Ascend approached us to create a product-led animated marketing video showcasing their agency bill workflow, helping insurance teams understand how the platform simplifies invoicing, financing, collections, and carrier payments.

Unlike a traditional launch video, this project was designed primarily as a sales and marketing asset, giving the Ascend team a clear, compelling way to demonstrate the product's value after sales calls and throughout the customer journey.

Our focus was to turn a complex financial workflow into a clean, minimal, and easy-to-follow visual story, using product UI, thoughtful motion design, and custom sound design.

We handled storyboarding, visual direction, custom style frames, animatics, UI animation, motion design, music selection, and custom sound design, carefully crafting each scene to highlight a specific part of the product experience.

From invoice creation to flexible payment options and automated workflows, every interaction was designed to feel intuitive, with smooth transitions and purposeful animation connecting each feature.

Beyond the main video, we also created modular chapter cuts, allowing Ascend to showcase individual features and selling points independently. These shorter videos give the sales team the flexibility to share relevant product demonstrations based on each customer's needs, alongside additional cutdowns for social media and marketing.

Custom sound design brought the entire experience together, adding subtle details to interface interactions, transitions, and movement to make the final video feel polished and cohesive.
