Whenever a customer places an order on the florist's website, the details of the order are instantly reflected in the application. Florists can view these details, identify the required flowers, and determine the quantities needed for bouquet creation. This digital solution has replaced the traditional paper-based system, enhancing efficiency by over 50%.
