ArtisanCrafts is a responsive e-commerce marketplace concept designed to help local artisans grow their businesses beyond seasonal pop-up markets. As the sole UI/UX designer, I conducted user research, competitive analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to create a trustworthy shopping experience centered on artisan storytelling.

The final design emphasizes transparency through artisan profiles, product details, ratings, and intuitive navigation while providing a seamless purchasing experience across mobile and desktop devices. Usability testing informed refinements that improved interaction accuracy by 80%, resulting in a more accessible, user-friendly, and trust-focused marketplace.
