Crystalization – Root Chakra is the first piece in a series of energy-based visual meditations designed to align, awaken and support the chakra system through light, form, and sound.

This piece focuses on the Root Chakra (Muladhara) – the energy center associated with grounding, stability, presence and our connection to the Earth.

The visual is fully synchronized with relaxing 432Hz music and guided by the rhythm of conscious breathing, inviting the viewer to settle into the body and awaken the inner sense of safety and stillness.

This video was created using generative visual techniques based on fractal noise and procedural animation. The shapes unfold from the center, symbolizing the flow of vital energy from the core of the Earth upward.

The color palette is based on deep reds, burgundy and root tones – echoing the frequency of the Muladhara chakra and its grounding essence.

All visual elements are intentionally synced with the breath – expanding and contracting in rhythm, guiding the viewer gently into parasympathetic calm.
