A Webflow CMS site the team edits without breaking it

Senad Šećerović

Webflow development for an AI platform that helps legal teams review complex medical records. The design came from the client's team. My job was to turn it into a Webflow site their own team could keep updating.

The challenge

A content-heavy marketing site with CMS content that a non-technical team would update often. Every new page and every edit had to keep the layout intact, on every screen size, without calling a developer.

What I built

Clean page and CMS architecture, so new content goes into CMS collections instead of hand-built pages.
Client-First as the base, connected to Webflow variables for color, type and spacing, so one change updates the whole site.
A components page: the team copies a ready-made section onto a new page and edits text and images in the settings panel, without touching the design.
Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile, including tablet and landscape views that often get neglected.

How the team works with it

New pages are assembled from existing sections. Content goes into the CMS. The design stays consistent because nobody has to touch styles to publish.

Looking back

I built this about two years ago. There are details I'd adjust today, but the core structure still holds up, and that's the part I'd keep.
