PatientCareFinder – Senior Care Marketplace & Care Matching

PatientCareFinder helps families find trusted senior care across the US, with 105,000+ provider listings. I built it end to end in Laravel and React.

• Automated care matching: families answer a short guided questionnaire ("Scout"), and the platform automatically matches their inquiry to local providers that fit, keeping contact details private until the family chooses.

• Provider claim workflow: account creation, email verification, guided profile setup and an ownership review before changes go live.

• Data integration: official Medicare (CMS) star ratings and state licensing data, with auto-generated summaries comparing each provider to state and national averages.

• Radius and map search, provider profiles, compare and saved lists, Stripe subscriptions, dashboards and outreach automations for providers.
