No digital presence to match her real-world authority

Josefina Bonsundy-O'Bryan is a cross-border legal advisor, keynote speaker, and mentor whose work spans the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Arab League. Despite an impressive career trajectory from being a refugee to competing as a national athlete, then qualifying as a lawyer, she had no central online presence to capture this story or convert visitors into clients, event bookers, or mentees.

She needed a single, credible, and visually compelling platform that communicated who she is, what she does, and why it matters, across multiple professional identities without feeling cluttered or corporate.

When I audited her needs and existing content, a few core issues were clear:

Her three professional pillars (Commercial & Strategic Advisory, Cross-Border Counsel, Keynote Speaking, and Mentorship) existed separately in her mind but had no visual or structural framework to unify them online.

Her personal story, refugee, athlete, lawyer, entrepreneur, was her most powerful differentiator, but there was no narrative arc presenting it.

She had active projects (Values for Kids, Kids Travel Settler, Rootfencial, Radix Legal & Consulting) with no place to showcase them together as a portfolio of impact.

There was no social proof infrastructure, no space for testimonials, thought leadership, or media features that would build trust with high-value clients.

The project moved through two clear phases:

Phase one: Started with a rapid prototype in Lovable to quickly establish page structure, layout hierarchy, and content sections, getting client sign-off on the information architecture before any heavy design work.

The site went from no digital presence to a fully functional personal brand platform with a hero narrative, services structure, project portfolio, thought leadership, testimonials, and multi-audience CTAs, all on a Kajabi foundation that can grow with her as she launches products, courses, or community spaces.
