In this video two fragments of some songs in which I participate are shown. On the first song I worked with an artist who called me to do the mixing and mastering. In the second one, I worked as an arranger musician, participating in the recording and mixing, in a cover of Juan Quintero's "Mejor asi".

I have a Home - Studio, which includes an Audio Board (MAudio MTrack DUO), Microphone (Boya BY-M1000), Headphones (ATH-M30x), Various Instruments (Electro-Creole Guitar and MIDI Keyboard Included), Monitors and a large space to work.

En este video se muestran dos fragmentos de algunas canciones en las que participe. En la primera canción trabaje con un artista que me llamo para realizar la mezcla y masterización. En la segunda, trabaje como musico arreglador, participando de la grabación y mezcla, en un cover de "Mejor así" de Juan Quintero.

In these projects there were situations to be resolved. Knowing how to equalize a certain instrument, how to work with material that you have never worked with before, getting used to a working method, and agreeing with the artist on how the production should sound, are some examples.

In this particular one, they presented: How to properly equalize an acoustic guitar, how to lead the voices in the harmony of "Mejor asi", know how to rest your ears so as not to saturate them and have an attentive listening, among other situations.

En estos proyectos se presentaron situaciones por resolver. Saber como ecualizar determinado instrumento, como trabajar con material que nunca trabajaste, acostumbrarte a un método de trabajo, y ponerse de acuerdo con el artista en como tiene que sonar la producción, son algunos ejemplos.

En este en particular, se presentaron: Como ecualizar adecuadamente una guitarra acústica, como conducir las voces en la armonía de "Mejor así", saber descansar los oidos para no saturarse y tener una escucha atenta, entre otras situaciones.

I have my learning about music production organized in a notebook to be able to consult information whenever necessary, and I also have a work method that I organize to have as a guide every time I have to work on a production. Whenever it is time to work, I take these notes with me and follow my work method as structured as possible.

Furthermore, in these projects in particular, I was able to recognize when the ear was tired and rest, not be sure of something and seek information from reliable sources to carry out a task, write down the new learning in my musical production notebook, and above all try to enjoy the process :D

Tengo mis aprendizajes sobre produccion musical organizados en un cuaderno para poder consultar informacion siempre que sea necesario, y ademas cuento con un metodo de trabajo que organice para tener como guia cada vez que tenga que trabajar en una produccion. Siempre que es hora de trabajar, llevo conmigo estas anotaciones y sigo lo mas estructuradamente posible mi metodo de trabajo.

Ademas, en estos proyectos en particular, supe reconocer cuando el oido estaba cansado y descansar, no estar seguro de algo y buscar informacion en fuentes confiables para llevar a cabo alguna tarea, anotar los nuevos aprendizajes en mi cuaderno de produccion musical, y sobre todo intentar disfrutar el proceso :D

The feeling of progressing in projects is really very satisfying. To feel that the sounds sound together, that a clean workflow is achieved, that what was originally imagined is achieved, and that the problems that have arisen have been solved.

In this particular project, the problems were solved, a good relationship with the client was maintained, we were both satisfied with the result, and the wonderful experience of having worked here was gained!

Realmente es muy satisfactoria la sensacion de avanzar en los proyectos. Sentir que los sonidos suenan en conjunto, que se consigue un flujo de trabajo limpio, que se consigue lo que se imagino en un principio, y resolver los problemas que surgieron.

En este proyecto en particular, los problemas se supieron resolver, se mantuvo una buena relacion con el cliente, ambos quedamos satisfechos con el resultado, y se gano la maravillosa experiencia de haber trabajado aca!

I learned to carry out my work method, to remain calm in times when things got complicated, to look for solutions to meet certain situations. I also learned about acoustic guitar equalization, Reaper handling, drum mixing, among other things.

The amazing thing about the first project shown is that it was all recorded in a high quality studio, so I found myself mixing and mastering high quality recordings too!

Aprendí a llevar a cabo mi método de trabajo, mantener la calma en momentos donde las cosas se complicaban, buscar soluciones para cumplir con situaciones determinadas. Tambien aprendi sobre ecualizacion de guitarras acusticas, manejo de Reaper, mezcla de baterias, entre otras cosas.

Lo sorprendente del primer proyecto que se muestra, es que todo fue grabado en un estudio de mucha calidad, por lo que me encontre mezclando y masterizando grabaciones de mucha calidad tambien!
